In my work as a functional medicine therapist and holistic health consultant, I offer one-on-one coaching via zoom.


This is for individuals who seek concrete guidance, knowledge and support on how to find their personal keys for reclaiming their optimal health in order to elevate it to a whole new level. From inside and out.

I create tailor-made protocols based on food, mindset, functional breathing and lifestyle tools with the purpose to align them with your specific needs. For those who seek personal support on a long-term basis, I offer customised coaching journeys to help you make make new habits and lifestyle goals become your second nature.

​As a functional medicine therapist, I have an evolutionary-based approach and work from a holistic health perspective. I look for the root causes imbalances, illness and investigate what pieces of your personal health puzzle that are missing, so that together we can create a new wholeness for you. Always in regard to your specific needs and in alignment with your personal goals.

 

My goal is to help you find the right nourishment for your body, gut, mind and soul, holistically. So that you can use knife, fork and lifestyle for reversing chronic illness, ignite your life spark and quality of life. 

My philosophy​​

​I believe that going back to basics and eat, breathe and live as much as possible in alignment with our ancestral blueprint,
as us humans were evolutionary designed to do
, is key when creating sustainable change or upgrading your habits.
Nutrient-dense, real food and ancestral breathing patterns are powerful key tools when building a solid foundation for
optimum health and well-being. When used accordingly, proper food and breathwork is like medicine for us.
All naturally, and holistically, from inside and out.

My initial 5 steps for guiding you towards better health

  1. Screening before your first visit (a questionnaire will be sent out via email and must be returned 2 days prior).

  2. A first meeting and interview, online via Zoom, 75 min.

  3. Food as medicine, in alignment with your metabolic needs 

  4. Taking inventory together with you in regard to your holistic life situation, and providing you with tools for optimising your sleep, decreasing stress, self-regulating your nervous system and improving your functional breathing patterns as well as physical movement and more: a tailor-made lifestyle prescription. 

  5. Supplementation for improving sleep, repairing nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances and biochemical imbalances.

Optional testing to investigate your health markers


I offer a variety of tests from one of the best laboratories in the world, in forms of e.g. bloodwork, breath-, stool-, and saliva tests.

Should you wish to look into your health markers to investigate your nutritional status, gut health, hormonal balance, biochemistry, blood type diet, genetic blueprint, intolerances or allergies, I will guide you to the right tests for your needs, analyse and explain the results, and adjust your food and lifestyle protocol accordingly.


Please note: tests are optional, and not included in the price for health consultations or journeys.
