For those who seek to invest in their health with my support on a long-term basis, I offer coaching and bespoke health journeys. This is for individuals who seek hands-on guidance, knowledge and support.

I create holistic, tailor-made protocols based on food as medicine, functional breathing, healing breathwork sessions, physical training, mindset, cold exposure, stress and sleep management and more. The tools are always aligned with your specific needs and goals.

What is functional medicine?
Functional medicine is a science-based medical orientation focusing on identifying and treating the underlying root causes of illnesses, diffuse symptoms and chronic diseases. Therefore, it is often referred to as the medicine of the why.
It is holistic
Within functional medicine, we work from a holistic approach to health and wellness. This means using several pieces of a client's personal health puzzle, to create individual-based solutions for building the best possible wholeness.
It is precision-based and preventative
By investigating factors such as the client's individual biology, biochemistry, lifestyle and environment, we can treat, prevent and optimise with precision.

It is about the body's ability to heal
When finding the root causes, we provide solutions for treatment based on the body's ability to heal itself when given the right conditions.
Rather than using pharmaceuticals to temporarily suppress symptoms (which is often the case in conventional sick care), within functional medicine we apply a vast range of natural remedies, nutrition science and lifestyle-based tools in order to eliminate root causes, prevent illness and promote longevity along with a good quality of life.

It is about ancestral-based lifestyle habits
Us humans stem from nature, but in modern times we exist in very unnatural environments with non-ancestral conditions. Implementing healthier lifestyle habits and activities in tune with our ancestral human biology and its innate central nervous system, is key for both healing and thriving in life.

It is about communing
Within functional medicine, it is also key to listen to each client's story, needs and conditions. In contrast to conventional care where a doctor's visit is often as brief as ten minutes, an first health consultation with me is 75-90 minutes.

According to the 2016 study titled Genetic Factors Are Not the Major Causes Of Chronic Diseases, 80% of all chronic diseases stem from non-healthy lifestyle habits. This means that both the individual and public health in general, would benefit greatly from working with a holistic, functional medicine approach.

My philosophy

​I believe that going back to basics and eat, breathe and live as much as possible in alignment with our ancestral blueprint,
as us humans were evolutionary designed to do, is key to build a solid foundation for health and well-being.
When creating sustainable change or upgrading your habits, nutrient-dense, real food and ancestral breathing patterns are powerful main pillars. Because when used accordingly, proper food and functional breathing is medicine.

What your first consultation with me will look like

When booking your first consultation with me, you will receive a health questionnaire via email. It needs to be answered and returned 2 days prior to the session.

You join the first meeting via a Zoom-link which will be sent out in the booking confirmation email. The first consultation, also called intro session, is 75-90 minutes.

During the consultation, I will hold space for you to share your goal for working with me, and your story.
I will ask questions and you will receive concrete and tailor-made, holistic guidance.

Optional testing to investigate your health markers
I offer a variety of tests from one of the best laboratories in the world, in forms of e.g. bloodwork, breath-, stool-, and saliva tests.
Should you wish to look into your health markers to investigate your health status on a deeper level, I will guide you to the right tests for your needs, analyse and explain the results, and adjust your food and lifestyle protocol accordingly.
Please note: tests are optional, and not included in the price for health consultations or journeys.
