I am often asked; What is holistic health?
My answer:
It is about investigating the underlying root causes of any illness, poor life quality or disease. And then using natural methods and remedies to heal, create balance or optimise.
Key is using real food and functional breathing patterns as pillars together with individual-based and holistic lifestyle guidance, as "prescription".
This is in contrast to conventional sick care (as it is called in my country of birth, Sweden), where pharmaceuticals are often used for treating - or suppressing - diffuse symptoms and the many chronic diseases which are a result of modern, health-degenerating lifestyle habits and inflammatory sugar & processed foods.
Within the area of holistic health, also known as functional medicine, the primary focus is to address the factors causing imbalances and sickness, and help build sustainable health and well-being through working with the individual pieces of each client's life- & health puzzle that are in need of purification, care and healing.
With the purpose of creating wholeness, aligned with the individual conditions, needs and goals; I create bespoke health protocols, and provide knowledge, concrete tools, hands-on guidance, solutions and support.
This illustration above is a visual example of a selected few of the things I help my clients with, in my work as an international holistic health consultant, teacher and writer.
With love,
